Banksy Tags New Orleans?

If its not him, then its a damn good imitator. Never one to resist controversy, the stencils have appeared just in time for this Friday’s third anniversary of Hurricane Katrina… Jesus.     I love it.

    According to the Mainstream Blog Media a couple of them are homages to an anti-graffiti crusader called the Grey Ghost.
